Dovo 1516580 Tortoiseshell Cut Throat Razor

Dovo’s “Dovo-Special” straight razor with celluloid imitation tortoiseshell scales and a 5/8” full hollow ground blade in carbon steel. The full hollow grind gives a very sensitive shave with great tactile feedback, and the etching and gold washing on the blade makes this a pleasure to own even when not in use. The Dovo 1516580 Faux Tortoise Shell Razor has a 5/8″ Full Ground Carbon Steel Blade and has been finished with 14k gold etchings before being set in a tortoise shell effect resin handle with inlaid Solingen branding. A strop is essential to maintain a straight razor, and occasional honing will be required.
